In a Greenville, NC Target, a young woman was shopping when an alleged pervert tried to shove his cell phone under her skirt to capture naughty pics or a video.
Yes, it’s in the footage below.
Fortunately, another female shopper taped the entire incident, which leads me to believe he gave her reasons to start recording him even before the deed in question.
The nerve of some dudes, huh?
Watch as he slips his phone beneath the skirt of an unsuspecting woman who is innocently looking at an item.
“You’ve been extremely close to me this whole time,” said the woman he allegedly attempted to violate. “Please show me your phone.”
The young man, who was later handcuffed and arrested, denied any wrongdoing but the video tells a different story.
