My Two Cents
In the woman’s defense, it’s a bit weird to take your teeth out unexpectedly during a date. At least tell me beforehand – even before we agree to go on a date – that you wear dentures and plan to remove them during dinner.
If I haven’t met a woman face to face yet, I always tell her I’m 5’8 1/2 so she doesn’t have these grandiose thoughts of me being 6’4.” Most of the time they’re fine with it but there have been occasions where the woman strongly preferred someone over 6’0.” In those situations, we didn’t meet.
I realize the above situations seem superficial but most of us are to a degree. And the ones who aren’t would still appreciate a little notice beforehand if there’s something we should probably know.
Keep the surprises to a minimum on a first, second, or third date.
Lastly, although the woman might have felt disrespected after the man ever so comfortably removed his dentures during dinner, it was very disrespectful of her to immediately end the date that way. If you agree to a dinner date, you should commit to sit through dinner, regardless of your interest level.
